Missing *Bird dog to balance your ab work protect the low back
*Deadlift changed to Romanian deadlift to work back and hamstrings
*Cubans to work upper back, shoulders, biceps, triceps
* Squats balance legs with RD you need the strength below to balance and stabilize the top with rotation
This all applies for beginners or advanced canoeists !

In reply to Tori Raddison. It is definitely an affordable license compared to a few other sports! I would recommend looking at your state and local regulations before fishing since some states have restrictions on certain species of fish you can catch, how many you're allowed to take, and when you can fish throughout the year. That's great that you're getting prepared. I hope you and your dad have a great time!!
