CLIF Bar’s Meet the Moment Campaign

CLIF Bar’s Meet the Moment campaign inspires people to explore the outdoors and embark on a new adventure. If people post an image to their social channels with #MeetTheMoment, CLIF Bar will donate $1 to an environmental non-profit.

MTM Graphic without ClimberMeet the Moment is all about discovering the journey and CLIF Bar believes each outdoor adventure helps raise awareness to Protect the Places We Play. When someone shares a photo using the hashtag #MeetTheMoment on their social channels, CLIF Bar will donate $1 (up to $100,000) to one of seven environmental non-profits each month (International Mountain Biking Association, American White Water, Leave No Trace, Surfrider Foundation, Access Fund, WinterWildlands Alliance and Protect Our Winters).

Check out new CLIF Bars from now until December because all 17 flavors will feature one of 20 adventure challenges on-package that will help people become inspired to Get Their Feet Wet, Feel Gravity, Embrace the Elements or Paddle Out (just a few of the fun challenges). Interpretations are up to the individual. Even Team CLIF Bar Athletes are participating! Twenty pro athletes including surfer Lakey Peterson, snowboarder Jeremy Jones and climber Alex Honnold will be interpreting the on-package challenges to Meet their Moments.

Alex Honnold, professional climber and Team CLIF Bar Athlete, definitely understands adventure: “I travel the world in search of my next great climb. My idea of adventure might be very different from someone else’s, which is what’s cool about Meet the Moment. It gets you thinking and hopefully inspires you to try something new. It also supports a number of important causes which make the adventures that much more worthwhile,” Alex said.
